Next, we visit your property to take accurate measurements and offer practical advice. You’ll receive a detailed quote within 24 hours, outlining the scope, timelines, and costs so everything is clear from the start.
Once you're happy with the quote, a deposit secures your spot in our schedule. With everything confirmed, we get ready to move into the design phase.
You'll meet with our in-house designer at our Bundall showroom to choose finishes, fittings, colours, and layouts. Every detail is tailored to suit your space and style.
With the design finalised, we lock in your renovation date. Materials are ordered, and a dedicated project team is assigned. You’ll be introduced to your single point of contact, who will guide you throughout.
Construction begins under the care of our experienced onsite supervisor. All trades are coordinated efficiently, materials are delivered on time, and work is carried out with professionalism and respect for your home.
Once the build is complete, we walk through every detail to ensure it meets our high standards—and yours. Fixtures are tested, finishes reviewed, and any final touch-ups handled before handover.
Your renovation is backed by solid warranties for peace of mind. We offer a 6.5-year labour warranty, manufacturer coverage up to 20 years, and friendly aftercare support if anything comes up.
