Neche Renovations was founded as a family business on the Gold Coast, built on a deep understanding of how people live and what makes a space feel like home. Backed by our Bundall, Gold Coast showroom and working closely with our sister company, Neche Interiors, we bring thoughtful design insight into every project from the very beginning.

Every renovation we take on is approached with the same care and attention we’d give our own home, carefully planned, functional, and finished to a high standard.

We Work As One

The entire process is managed by our in-house team, from consultants and interior designers to trades and finishes. Everything happens in one place, working together.

Each renovation has a dedicated onsite supervisor who oversees daily progress. Your vision is shared. It all stays within Neche Renovations from sketch to final delivery.

We are fully QBCC licensed (Open Builder Licence #1310479), which means we meet the required standards for safety, quality, and accountability in Queensland.

Our work is backed by product warranties of up to 20 years, and labour is covered for 6.5 years, ensuring long-term peace of mind and confidence in our craftsmanship.
